2010 AASHTO Right of Way & Utilities Subcommittee Meeting

The members of the Subcommittee are comprised of the chief Right of Way officer and the chief Utilities officer of the Departments of Transportation of all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
The Subcommittee's mission is to assist member organizations in improving the efficiency and quality of Right of Way and Utilities practices necessary to provide transportation facilities for the public. We maintain close coordination with the Federal Highway Administration (F.H.W.A). and other transportation organizations associated with Right of Way and Utilities.
The Subcommittee welcomes inquiries, comments from other governmental organizations or citizens about the transportation Right of Way and Utilities process. Inquiries can be directed to the Chairman of the Subcommittee:
